Official producer range: named references and alcohol limit

Weinkellerei Hechtsheim’s live Appalina page identifies Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Grigio, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir Rosé, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and two separately named sparkling wines. It describes them as dealcoholized and below 0.5% alcohol. This verifies the identity of our still Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc and Merlot records. It does not match a red Pinot Noir, generic rosé blend or generic Sparkling Brut. The page has October 2022 update metadata and remains publicly available in October 2026; a current bottle can differ. No complete ingredients, nutrition, precise grape origin or technical dealcoholization process is established by this page.

Chardonnay Sparkling: supplier specification, limited scope

A WEDL-hosted sheet names Mountain Spirits Österreich as information provider and Grands Chais de France as the contact. It lists alcohol-free white wine, rectified concentrated grape must, carbon dioxide, sorbic acid and sulphur dioxide. It gives no numerical alcohol content or dealcoholization method. Although generated in April 2026, its underlying information date is April 2017; it cannot establish a current formulation. This sparkling Chardonnay is not the still Chardonnay or a generic sparkling-brut record, and no catalog entry is promoted as verified on this basis.

Sparkling Chardonnay: retailer listing checked October 2026

REWE article 7067029 identifies Appalina sparkling Chardonnay 750 ml, lists 0.5% vol., sulphites and an ingredient list of alcohol-free white wine, rectified grape-must concentrate, carbon dioxide, potassium sorbate and sulphur dioxide. It names Les Grands Chais de France as bottler. This is retailer information viewed on October 20, 2026, not a dated producer specification or inspection of a current bottle. It does not establish the formulation of another Appalina variant or verify the legacy catalog entries. Match the exact label before purchase.
