The linked 2025 producer sheet reports 0 vol.% alcohol for Riesling feinherb, with grapes, concentrated grape must, carbon dioxide and preservatives (sulphites and dimethyl dicarbonate). Its English and German product identifiers differ, so match the exact bottle and market before applying these details to a purchase. This does not establish the alcohol content of every legacy Riesling entry.
Carl Jung describes vacuum extraction with aroma recovery after wine fermentation. This is a producer description of its method, not an independent laboratory assessment.
The producer sheet gives approximately 3.5 g sugars per 100 ml and 35 g/l residual sugar for Riesling feinherb. A 125 ml serving therefore contains approximately 4.4 g sugars (3.5 × 1.25), calculated from this sheet, not a laboratory test.
